Where do you ship to?
We ship to Canada, the United States, and Europe.
How long does delivery take?
Canada: 8-12 days after dispatch. United States and Europe: 8-14 days. Personalized pieces take 2-4 business days to make before they ship.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every order, wherever you are.
Are there customs duties?
Not in Canada. Duties and taxes are included in the price you see at checkout - nothing to pay on delivery.
Outside Canada, local import taxes or handling fees may apply on delivery and are paid by you. These are set by your country's customs authority and your carrier, not by us.
How can I track my order?
You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel ships.
Returns and Refunds
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your Seeyoura jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at info@seeyoura.com.
Can I return a personalized piece?
No. Engraved and custom-made pieces are final sale, because they're made specifically for you and can't be resold. If yours arrives faulty or doesn't match what you entered at checkout, email us a photo within 30 days and we'll remake it or refund you in full.
How do I return an item?
Email info@seeyoura.com with your order number before sending anything back. We'll send you the return address and instructions within 1 business day. Return postage is paid by you - please use a tracked service and keep your receipt. If your item arrived faulty or incorrect, we cover the return cost.
